Pippa’s is a brand strategist. She’s worked at 2 of Australia’s largest agencies Ogilvy and M&C Saatchi; on brands like Optus, Vodafone, Woolworths and KFC. She has been recognised for her work at award shows like Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, London International Advertising Awards and the Australian Effies.
With a strong foundation in marketing strategy, Jess brings a wealth of experience from digital strategy to customer engagement and retention. Her curiosity in customer behaviours and passion for analysis makes her an integral part of our strategy team.
Madeline is one of the founding members of the Retail Oasis team. She is Steve Kulmar’s executive assistant, support event manager and accounts payable/receivable assistant. Outside work, she is a passionate and active landscape photographer.

Clair is a brand & customer experience strategist with specialist expertise in using design thinking to develop built environments & new concepts. Past work includes Woolworths Convenience, KFC Urban, Vodaphone, Westfield, Stockland and the award-winning Bupa next generation store.
With 20+ years experience in advertising, retail strategy & deep consumer behavior data analytics/business modelling, Ned’s experience includes the who’s who in retail including; Woolworths, Dymocks,Metcash, Westfield, The Warehouse, Pas Group and many more
Trent specialises in looking at how retailers build strategy around qualitative analysis and business modelling. He has previous experience across digital strategy, consulting, retail and finance.
Kate is a junior strategist with a background in communications. She has joined the team as a fresh, young marketing mind from RMIT - giving us access to some of the most recent teaching surrounding in the complex world of modern brands and advertising.

Michelle, our resident Kiwi, works across the Oasis Group as the Finance Manager. Handling client billings, accounts payable/receivable, monthly management reporting & payroll. She brings 15 yrs experience of working in advertising accounts.

Nicole is a consumer experience strategist, specialising in taking non traditional retail brands vertically across all consumer touch points from store to online. Some examples of past clients include BBC, Qantas, Myer, Metcash, SCA, Dymocks, IBM and numerous NSW State Gov initiatives.
