We’re back from our world tour and we can’t wait to go again!

2020 was, in a word, huge! The the quality of retailer visits this year was second to none. We met with department store legends; Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Selfridges and even sat down with the CEO of Le Bon Marche, the Parisian department store owned by LVMH.

Not only did we meet with department store royalty, but we also met with Equinox at their new hotel, we walked Chelsea Market’s newest tenant, Neighborhood Goods, visited Nordstrom’s latest concept “Nordstrom Local”, watched a movie at Gucci, experienced wellness at The Well and Boots Wellness Flagship, immersed ourselves in Walmart’s IRL lab, found ourselves walking the underground winding staircases of the oldest wine shop in the world, Berry Bros & Rudd, experienced luxury like no other in Louis Vuitton, saw sustainability as a service in Cézanne, were blown away with the use of technology in and MATCHESFASHION …and this doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface!

Following our return we hosted our Annual BIG Breakfasts in Sydney and Melbourne with a great turn out of over 290 Australian retailers and professionals. To get your hands on the presentation, please click here.

NRF Big Show 2019 was my first time at the conference and in New York so having the expert guidance of Retail Oasis made a huge difference. I got an enormous amount from touring with Pip and Stephen from Retail Oasis, not only are they exceptional hosts with so much knowledge of the industry, they are also connected with key retailers and offer exclusive opportunities to hear from the source with private store walk & talks.
