Every year we hit the road in search of the best in retail. In 2019 we kept it simple and headed to New York City. Visiting arguably the best retail conference - NRF Big Show - and then pounded the pavement speaking to the best of the best in retail. This presentation is a culmination of what we saw and learnt. It features a range of presentations by us as well as the clients we travelled with.
