Woolworths is expanding into the wellness sector by offering telehealth consultations through its Healthylife platform, allowing Australians to connect with GPs and health professionals remotely. While some critics, like Dr. Nicole Higgins, argue the move capitalises on healthcare for profit, retail analyst and Founder of RetailOasis Steve Kulmar believes it’s part of a strategic plan for Woolworths to eventually introduce pharmacies in-store.
