Revive sport’s footwear retail, The Athlete’s Foot, and help it evolve into it’s future

TASK

Identify the white space in the market, according to the consumer, and build out a full business model to address this. 

PROCESS

Identify the core need in the market through both qualitative and quantitative¬†research, understand whether the brand in it’s current iteration was meeting that need; and develop a new model that would allow the brand to evolve into the ‘white space’ in the market.

RESULT

A reinvigoration of the brand through store design, product range and training – bringing it back to it’s roots around performance.
