Here at Retail Oasis it is our passion to keep up with the latest and greatest of global retail. Here are our top three new stores that have entered the Parisian retail market:

Footpatrol
45 Rue du Temple, 75004 Paris

All the hype beasts come forward, London’s most longstanding sneaker outpost Footpatrol has opened in Paris. Located in the popular Le Marais district, the small format store is filled with top-tier, exclusive product. The boutique has the same partnerships as the British store fleet meaning Parisian customers will receive the most up-to-date collaborations and limited-edition product. The range includes coveted brands such as Y-3, Jason Markk, NikeLab, retaW and Diadora.

The space has been designed by London-based architectural design firm Counterfeit in collaboration with Murray Aitken. The 50sqm space is drawing crowds with its sharp concrete finish, fiberglass units, strip lighting and exposed limestone blocks.

Enjoy sneakerheads.

Nous Concept Store
48 Rue Cambon, 75001 Paris, France

Parisian fashion mavens called it the “end of an era” when the iconic Colette Paris closed its doors in December last year. The store which Forbes magazine claimed to be “the trendiest store in the world” closed due to Colette Rousseaux’s decision to retire, leaving local fashionistas heart broken. However, aspects of the iconic brand live on through a new concept store Nous (“us”), started by a handful of ex-Colette staff members. The store is directed by the former head of the Colette sneaker department (Marvin Dein) and former director of the hi-tech and watch department (Sebastien Chapelle) so the product range is on point.

Occupying 150sqm, the store focuses on exploring “all things urban” stocking any product that may be relevant to Paris’ youth culture scenes. This includes highly curated ranges of sportswear, men’s accessories, sunglasses, hi-tech gadgets, watches, books and magazines (that are specifically dedicated to street culture). The store window display is set to change every month, showcasing the latest trends through intricate art installations by local designers.

Magasin DJI Store Paris
15 Rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris, France

Highly anticipated by the tech community, DJI launched their first DJI Authorised Retail Store in France earlier this year. DJI has a full range of recreational and professional drones, stabilisers and DJI cameras. The store is staffed with tech experts for both pre-sales and after-sales service.

The specialised technicians in store also run their well-renowned returns and repair service. DJI customers can fill out an online request form and apply for their product to be picked up from their house. The customers are then able to go online and enter their mobile number to check the status of their repair. Once fixed, their product gets sent back to their home. DJI have created a seamless user experience, leading the way in customer relations within the category.
